Phli is a universal constant discovered by the acclaimed mathematician Andrew Schlafly. It is defined as the probability of the correlation between an individual's stance on classroom prayers and views on other socio-economic-religious issues. Although phli has little use in pure mathematics, it is of vital importance in refuting dissenting points of view.

Secular, atheist mathematicians have postulated that phli is a doubly irrational number and can be explicitly calculated as: or 0.97080551936273328867343281498173...
However, creationists maintain that the biblical value of 0.95 (or 95%) defined in the Book of Numbers is the correct and exact value and is therefore perfectly rational (95/100).
