There is a broader, perhaps slightly less biased, article on Wikipedia about Time Cube

Time Cube is an incomprehensible hypothesis that claims time is cubic. It was created by Gene Ray. It has something to do with the earth passing through four simultaneous days in the course of 24 hours. Another important aspect is that we are taught to be stupid by "evil educators". Also, it has something to do with opposites. It's a lot like the trinity, except it is one "nity" better.

No one really understands it, especially since the website looks as though it was translated from English to Chinese and back to English by someone who speaks only Basque. We don't know. Really, we don't. Nobody, except possibly Gene Ray (and that is not guaranteed), has a frikkin' clue what Time Cube is about or what impact it's supposed to have on our society should we all accept it. We don't know why a four-sided figure should be called a cube, nor do we have any idea how a day can actually be 96 hours long. We have a vague idea about "educated stupid", but it's just the same drivel any other crank spouts about being persecuted by the "establishment" in a somewhat pithier phrasing. In fact, Time Cube really makes our heads hurt and we need to go lie down. It's a great source for random quotes, however.

It should be noted that since the site makes no rational sense, it is not subject to the stopped clock phenomenon, and is never right.
