Gene Ray

Gene Ray was an electrician and inventor who actively promoted the game of marbles. Sometime after losing his own and developing schizophrenia, he created the idea and the website for Time Cube in August 1997. He proclaimed himself a Doctor of Cubism and Wisest Human in December 2002 and has since been going on a steady downhill slope.

Gene Ray is supposed by some to be anti-Semitic, homophobic, and racist, mostly because of rantings on his website. On this same website, he has promised $10,000 to the first academic who could refute the Time Cube theory ($1,000 to the first civilian), himself being the judge, of course.

He speaks with the same incoherency as he writes^[1]. It is entirely possible that he is nothing but an elaborate troll, but the Internet has desensitized people to insanity on such a level this is usually not considered.
