There is a broader, perhaps slightly less biased, article on Wikipedia about Fœtus
A baker's dozen on
Human sexuality

A fœtus (or fetus in American English) is a collection of unspecialized stem cells that act as a parasitic infection of a female's reproductive tract, usually caused by participating in sexual relations with a male of her species.[1] If left untreated, fetuses can develop into full-blown cases of children.

The fetus is also the subject of a cult of sanctimonious religious and political fetishism. This is due to the fact that after a fetus is decanted it is potentially another tithe-paying Christian.

A pro-lifer is somebody who pulls out all stops to defend the lives of fetuses, but not anyone or anything else. Except for brain dead people lying on a table.
