Jesus fucking christ - why???? do you know how much it costs to prosecute people. some of these are legit medical reasons, and most aren't... but who fucking cares (except the illusary war on drugs types)?

If your job doesn't want you smoking, they'll do a pot test on you, and charge it to you. No big deal. If you drive while intoxicated from pot, alcohol, or heroine it's a crime. Pot tends to mellow you out, so if you are on pot you won't likely beat any one up, but if you do, THIS TOO IS A CRIME.

so why the fuck are they attacking what are semi-legit stores, who are offereing 1) getting high, and 2) for some rare few, actual medical help - documented, redocumented, and documented again help. (despite the bullshit from the feds that says there is nothing useful about pot, or that it's a "gate way drug) which is again bullshit by actual science -- but we only like science when it supports whatever money making things we have).

5 of my best professors were weekend smokers. another 5 or 10 of my best friends are regular smokers. all of them are functional, fully functional members of society, 3 are in computers and make much much more than I, 2 are educators....

i lknow lawyers who smoke, i know engineers who smoke, I know lazy ass college student bums who smoke.
