Oh come on, nothing on New Hampshire yet, after we just had our quadrennial bout with the limelight??? Is it literally the last state to get added? humanUser talk:Human 20:52, 10 January 2008 (EST)

There's nothing so old as "Yesterday's news". SusanPrunes and custard 20:59, 10 January 2008 (EST)

Hey folks, try to keep these short and sweet - anything that requires long sentences or even paragraphs should be added to the state's article itself. humanUser talk:Human 01:39, 11 January 2008 (EST)

You know, there's a book out there called "The Ugliest Cities in America". Great stuff, the same sense of humor as this page. ...Really should have bought it. Anyways, it quoted someone who described Phoenix, Arizona as "Las Vegas without the casinos, Los Angeles without the beach". Yes, apparently it is that shitty. --Star of David.png Radioactive afikomen Please ignore all my awful pre-2014 comments. 01:59, 11 January 2008 (EST)

Florida[edit]

I gotta agree with Florida being a lightning rod for strange people. I have never seen such bizarre cranks. I watched a guy wander along the beach in a three piece suit, flippers, snorkel and goggles before he passed out in the sand. I think its got something to do with the heat. I must try to get out as much as Ace does. He always seems to have a good story from his travels or just a good hangover. - User 23:48, 13 April 2009 (EDT)

CT and unfinished highways[edit]

The truth of this one just whacked me straight in the face. Blue (is useful) 04:50, 18 October 2011 (UTC)

Just checking[edit]

I presume it is 120 degrees Fahrenheit (rather than Centigrade, Kelvin etc). Anna Livia (talk) 10:30, 28 September 2020 (UTC)

Other weird places[edit]

If such is ever created

  • Baarle
  • Moresnet
  • Tannu Tuva (best known for its stamps - including one showing the non-existent railway)
