Human had expressed some disatisfaction with it being Evidence so I moved it to my sandbox for revision ? It needs to go in the index if it stays :) Hamster (talk) 23:28, 19 February 2010 (UTC)

It seemed like the wrong way to improve an article, taking bits of it away to your sandbox so you can write it than putting it back, having missing article matter in the mean time. I have reverted it, what ever float you boat. - User = π 23:34, 19 February 2010 (UTC)

I'm not an expert on hiding revisions, but I think it might be less messy if we deleted the page, restored it with the revisions up to the 'libel' comment, and then added the rest of the comments as raw text. Hiding each of the revisions the comment appears on would lose most of the history in the same way, and might not actually work. -- Mei 23:15, 25 February 2010 (UTC)

Would it be permissible to bring over cite templates from Wikipedia?

We are both cc-by-sa 3.0, so long as you link back to WP it is normally alright. We have never had much use for cite templates though, they tend to end up getting deleted. - User = 12:55, 6 March 2010 (UTC)

What I wanted to say is that on the space of the measurable functions , X a measure space, Y metric space,

is a distance. This distance inspired the h-index, and thus the WikiFactor. I suppose the multiplier of 1000 is used to calculate the WikiFaktor more easily, i.e., from glancing at the list of the first couple of most viewed pages. Remember you asked me to install a search engine that's not retarded like the default one? Well, I just did that. I realized that the search engine only has to index the current revisions... which is a measly 150 megabytes. I don't know how it works, documentation is a bit vague. I hope that it doesn't transfer the whole index every time it's updated between machines. That would be a huge waste of bandwidth. It would be better to just transfer updates to another server, which then handles indexing and searching, and just returns the results to the main server (or the user directly, the search is actually located here: http://rationalwiki.com:8123/search/rationa1_wiki/test) -- Nx / talk 22:04, 16 March 2010 (UTC)

It's part of the talkpage template, just add search=yes. This was available before, but it sucked. Now it prioritizes section headers and it returns more relevant results.
