If real and current, I would say North Korea before they disarmed their nuke thingy a little while ago. If real and historical I would say Romania in the early 1400's, specifically the region Wallachia, because anybody who has read Bram Stoker knows who the Andy of that time and place was. I would say PJR, but he's never been deliberately manipulative; he just argues what he believes. What about... No, I just checked the sysop list and there isn't one.
