I gotta admit, deletion may have been jumping the gun. Not all editors are terribly prolific in the ways of wikiediting and go about their editing in their own way. This was still a work in progress, and whether or not it falls within our mission statement remains unknown, but the user wasn;t given much opportunity to prove that. It had nothing to do with content--maybe we need an article on this thing, I don't care-- and everything to do with style, what with it being ALL IN CAPS and IINCOMPLETE SENETENCES. You want to recreate and fix it up, go right ahead. I left a note on the relevant user's page asking him to scope out what an article should look like. P-Foster (talk) 05:31, 19 February 2011 (UTC)
The article was a piece of junk; even ignoring its remarkably bad style and formatting, I might have put it up for deletion, on the grounds that we do not need articles on every single YouTube crank. Mjollnir.svgListenerXTalkerX 05:35, 19 February 2011 (UTC)
I couldn't agree more, but it seemed he/she was using a template of sorts to work things out, and was in the process of working with the article to hone it in. I know we don't need an article on every YouTube nutjob (I'm sure there is a whole wkiki dedicated to that), but it did seem to early. P-Foster, I noticed your notice to the user after having posted my first comment, and that was certainly the correct course of action.
