Kabbalah

Kabbalah is a form of Jewish mysticism. Despite being a deep and complex aspect of Judaism,[1] it has been taken up by several celebrities, reducing an otherwise valid religious concept to wearing a red string around your wrist.
Notable "practitioners" of this celebrity-friendly religion include Madonna and her ex-husband Guy Richie who overused Kabbalic ideas in his film Revolver.[2]
