Judeo-Christian

Judeo-Christian refers to the Hebrew roots of Christianity and how Christians still hold to these roots, particularly the stories from the Old Testament.

The teachings of Jesus and St. Paul in the New Testament tell of salvation from sin. However, Christian preachers still rely heavily on Old Testament stories to emphasize that, without Jesus -- i.e., without the church -- you will GO TO HELL AND BURN FOREVER IN A LAKE OF FIRE, YOU SINNER, YOU!!! Because God loves you.

After 9-11, when conservatives mention the Judeo-Christian roots of the United States there is an unspoken subtext of excluding Muslims.
