Personally I've nothing against that site, and I find their legal page very amusing, but tossing the link around randomly is not a very good idea. Personally, I am happy to hear that you find our legal page very amusing, but tossing around legal inaccuracies like RIAA, MPAA, and Wikipedia does scare my parrot. The retractable baton line was pretty good. TPB, the laws that protect Pirate Bay aren't necessarily the same as those that apply to RW. Pirate Bay links aren't in themselves a problem, but your edit pattern was somewhat unconventional and resembled a spammer or a TPB fan boy. It's not bad to add some links, but not in such a way that it appears you're shoe-horning them in or actively encouraging people to go to the site and violate copyright laws. --^{Ask me about your mother} 20:59, 7 April 2010 (UTC)

There's a difference between posting a link as a reference, and posting one suggesting it as a good place for downloading specific titles. WP links to Pirate Bay, but not to search results or with the advice that their readers can go there to find x movie. Mei, I went ahead and added it to piracy. Good idea. Even the BBC links to the basic site, so I reckon we're safe enough doing that in the correct context.
