Yeah, I kinda feel you there. I came back from a nice vacation to this shit, and then tried (whether right or wrong) to give my opinions and input only to get an e-mail box full of hate and contempt for me or telling me to do such and such because somebody did such and such. Thus why I, myself, have all but completely abandoned this whole foolish flame war and have been scarce around RationalWiki lately. I'd rather come back after the dust settles and have this place be fun than get an e-mail box full of people arguing with me, hating on me, and thinking I'm picking fights when, in all honesty, I'm just trying to sort this shit out. And the worst part is that, generally, I like everybody here in their own special way. I like you, I like Human, I like Blue, I like Tyrannis, I like Nutty, I like SuspectedReplicant. Hell, I'd even go on a limb here and say that, in his own special way, I like MC. And I'm get so disheartened when all these people who I know know better would rather fight each other and hate on each other than do something constructive and important. Anyways, my tirade is over. The Saloon Bar is still there, all the WiGOs are still there, the articles still have snark in them, people are still leaving jokes and crap on each other's talk pages, Rob is still the site buttmonkey, the humour is still bloody there. And nobody is suggesting changing any of that (well, I can't vouch for Marcus).
