Words to live by:

Every normal man must be tempted at times to spit upon his hands, hoist the black flag, and begin slitting throats. - H L Mencken

I have never made but one prayer to God, a very short one: "O Lord make my enemies ridiculous." And God granted it". -Voltaire.

Forgive him, for he believes that the customs of his tribe are the laws of nature! -George Bernard Shaw

Death comes for us all, Uroku Saki, but something much worse comes for you. For when you die, you die without honour. -Splinter, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles

"I do not fear death, in view of the fact that I had been dead for billions and billions of years before I was born, and had not suffered the slightest inconvenience from it." -Mark Twain

I sometimes feel bad because I think I might be innately biased. When I hear McCain or Palin talk I will actually wince and have an over whelming urge to do something else. It is like I am embarrassed for them. I also feel like forming an opinion without all the facts is wrong. I sometimes doubt my opinions because of how strongly I hold them. Does this make any sense?

“I want the families to make the decisions between themselves and their doctors; not the federal government” - John McCain 36 minutes into the 9/26 debate on why he opposes universal health care....Vote Hypocrite 2008

Hopefully the John McCain of 2000 will reappear now that the election is over.

When asked what they would cut to save money in order to combat the finacial crisis why don't any presidential canidates say the DEA?!
