It was, until about like 10 minutes ago. we just read that Personhood Colorado is suing to put their damned question on the ballot. And while that's stupid for lots of ideolgical reasons, the ballots go to final proof Tomorrow. Then BY LAW, they go to the printers mon - wed, to be slotted into the printing schedule.

Each ballot is individual. printed individually with your name on it, and your specific issues (ie., 12 state issues, but you might have a local fire dept that I don't have). There is no room for a "wait wait, we want in too" on this game.

this will quite literally cost millions to do, and might not be possible, given the time it takes to print and mail ballots.
