What makes you say it's Elvis is King?

Circumstantial evidence including him being around at the time (until it started), his general insanity/trolling ways, the attacks and targets including the ones he tends to use etc. There's no way at this point to rule out somebody else deciding to be him for an hour - the very earliest names are pretty generic, after all - but he wins occam's razor hands down.
