I think it's an interesting idea since so many people think of wikis as encyclopedic. However, I also think it is our angry Amish editor is trying to make a "WP:POINT" because his reading skills failed him and he blames us. Well, Tommy's been here a day, so surely altering the main page is within his purview? I thought that part was expressed in one of the RW space articles, though.
