Needed?[edit]

Is this really needed? Locke User is Vandal/sysop Always Watching...... 19:05, 28 August 2007 (CDT)

It sucks as an article right now but I could certainly see having a good article written about him. tmtoulouse persecute 19:07, 28 August 2007 (CDT)
You see really alot of strange things don't you? Bohdan 19:08, 28 August 2007 (CDT)

I'll have a bash at writing something up, and linking it to the existing Humphrey's related articles. I think he deserves a page, since he is referenced by major creationists, such as AIG. If there's no serious update by the end of October, then chances are I forgot to do this.--Concernedresident 13:51, 27 September 2009 (UTC)

That Voyager episode, "Blink of an Eye"[edit]

"The Voyager crew encounter a planet experiencing a gravity induced time dilation effect, in which the passage of a minute for the ship in orbit would translate in to hours or days on the planet's surface. Anyone visiting the planet for a few hours could return to the ship and find that years have passed for the crew of the ship."

Aren't these two sentences contradicting each other? I think the second sentence is supposed to say "Anyone visiting the planet for a number of years could return to the ship and find that only a few hours had passed for the crew of the ship." In fact, that's exactly what The Doctor did in the episode in question. Apokalyps2547 (talk) 22:44, 21 February 2011 (UTC)

"Model for magnetic-field formation" section[edit]

We only talk about the theory itself, not any problems OR supports of said theory (other than Jupiter). Can we fix? oʇɐʇoԀʇɐϽʎzznℲ (talk/stalk) 18:25, 4 June 2014 (UTC)

I'm not sure what there is to talk about. Given that it's blatantly not scientific in the first place (transmutation, etc.), there's not much to be said about it. When the answer comes down to "God flipped a magic switch and then everything worked," there's not much one can say. As for support, there isn't any, since again, it's entirely unscientific. - Grant (talk) 18:28, 4 June 2014 (UTC)
My problem is that what you just said needs to be said in the article, but currently is not. oʇɐʇoԀʇɐϽʎzznℲ (talk/stalk) 00:21, 5 June 2014 (UTC)
Oh, well you can feel free to just add that yourself. I doubt many folks would take issue with a change like that. :) - Grant (talk) 03:17, 5 June 2014 (UTC)

Droppings from a YEC[edit]

There is an obvious solution to the starlight problem, and its only recently come to light in the scientific proof of Quantum Entanglement (which Einstein refuse to accept as real - labelling it as 'spooky action from a distance', despite the mathematical proof of such submitted in the 1935 paper known as the EPR Paradox. Subsequently, Einsteins General Relativity written some 20 years earlier was threatened by the mathematical proof, but instead of accepting the proof and correcting his mistakes based upon false assumptions, Einstein simply refused to believe the mathematics and thus began not only his spiral into a self imposed delusion, which has also influenced every other scientist who accepted Einstein's rejection of Quantum Entanglement (QE).

More recently, Quantum Entanglement has been proven in repeatable scientific experiments using both photons, and even hydrogen atoms - which was the missing link which connected the Quantum World and our Macro reality. Thus photons being emitted by changes to electron potentials are 'ENTANGLED' thus sharing some of the physical attributes of the source electron, which itself jumps space-time INSTANTANEOUSLY. Thus the resulting photon also jumps space-time INSTANTANEOUSLY, until it is observed or measured.

"It proves that measurement is everything. At the quantum level, reality does not exist if you are not looking at it," said Associate Professor Andrew Truscott from the ANU Research School of Physics and Engineering.

So now its just a matter of time before the old universe faithful will be required to accept the now well known scientific fact that Quantum Entanglement is the 'spooky action' behind all photons, which gives them the ability to traverse space-time INSTANTANEOUSLY - until they are observed/measured, at which time they drop to approx 3 x 10^8ms. Hence the need for virtually all current scientific knowledge to be re-written, so there is no reason to doubt the claims of scripture regarding a Young Earth Created only 6000 years ago.
