New York

New York, dubbed the "Empire State", extends from the Atlantic coast of the United States at the mouth of the Hudson River^[1] an infinite distance to the east and north.

It is home to the eponymous New Amsterdam York City, whereof it is said "if you can make it here, you can make it anywhere". The rest of the state is called "upstate" New York.

The capital, which lies up the aforementioned Hudson River^[2], is named after England.

The Statue of Liberty is in New York. It is an abomination unto the LORD. The Bible says, Thou shalt not make unto thee any graven image, or any likeness of any thing that is in heaven above, or that is in the earth beneath, or that is in the water under the earth. (Exodus 20:9)

Most of the larger cities in Upstate New York can be considered abominations as well. They really aren't all that great.

• New York (again, the city!) was the site of two out of four of the "9/11", a/k/a "11/9" terrorist jetliner crashes.
• Teh New York Giants are going to beat the Beantown boys! People the world over still don't care.^[3]
