The One Joke, also known as The One Joke Conservatives Make, The Pronoun Joke, or The Attack Helicopter Joke is an attempt at humour by transphobes where they will state that they identify as some strange object or animal and, optionally, then state their pronouns as something equally strange, for example, "I identify as an attack helicopter, and my pronouns are Apachey/Apachem". The joke's intention is, of course, an argumentum ad absurdum that tries to suggest that if we let these woke liberals self-ID how they want, then we will have a load of people claiming to identify as beavers and margarine and the snowflakes will come and cancel you if you dare assume their gender. Not only is the argument unabashed bullshit, the joke itself also sucks ass. Especially in the cases where they don't use words that even vaguely resemble pronouns to get the joke across. Whilst some trans and non-conforming people are okay with these jokes, most see it as degrading and insulting to their identities.
