Ruling class describes the sort of class required in order to rule others. There has always been a ruling class of sorts, from nobles and wealthy land owners which populated fuedal societies to the monarchies of the United Kingdom. The idea of a ruling class, in the political sense, has its roots in Karl Marx's work The Communist Manifesto. In it Marx told of the ruling class, the capitalist Bourgeois, being over thrown by the under class, the Proleriat. Due to a rise in global living conditions and technological advances, Marx's vision never came to pass.
Religious (or Conservapedia Class) is determined by God. Ruling class is also a term Ed Poor of Conservapedia does not understand. That makes 12652 basic concepts Ed Poor is unable to come to crips with. Others include physics, radiation and peeing while standing.
