Nominate members for the Loya Jirga here. Currently you should only nominate; we haven't really decided how many members yet, or how to elect them. Or what their responsibilites are.

Responsibilties
- Take appropriate action against trolls
- Assist in editor disputes but maintain impartiality
- The Loya Jirga should stay out of mission/delete debates (members can participate in such but not on the LJ's behalf)
- Assess hidden edits - the hiding can still be done in a hurry (sometimes it has to be) but should be reviewed, and possibly undone, afterwards.
