Hello, folks and fellow freethinkers. My name is Diyorbek, sometimes abbreviated to just Diyor. I'm an ex-Muslim Uzbek born currently living in Italy. I never was raised to believe in Islamic scriptures or even Allah, as my family was very secular, a very rare occurance in my country of origin, Uzbekistan. I am often involved in debates in the defense of the theory of evolution (pro evolutione) and against creationism and religious extremism, mainly about Abrahamic religions. I have a very diverse variety of interests and passions, from subjects of humanities (History, Linguistics, Classics, etc.) to scientific fields of study (Phyiscs, Mathematics, Biology, etc.) So yeah, that's me.
