Wrong category, can't edit, should use Template:Hatnote

This isn't an in-text template, since it isn't inside the body of a text (in text templates are things like Template:rw and Template:extl). I don't know what a . Also, why is it protected? Also also, it should use Template:Hatnote to standardize the formatting, but see the Saloon bar about that shortly. -- Nx / talk 08:17, 16 December 2009 (UTC)
