Is a prokaryote. ? You do know that germs fall in this category right?--TimS 15:09, 24 May 2007 (CDT)

:) I didn't bother to look up eukaryote, but I was pretty sure what I meant, yes. humanbe in 15:17, 24 May 2007 (CDT)
Wow, why didn't I see that connection! -Icewedge 15:13, 24 May 2007 (CDT)
 :) --TimS 15:35, 24 May 2007 (CDT)

I have to copy that to Talk:Phyllis_Schlafly/vandalism humanbe in 20:05, 25 May 2007 (CDT)

I am really trying hard not to add "mother of a mostly straight brood." Flippin;-)

Over on this side of the pond, we use "confirmed batchelor". if that helps. αιρδισΗταλκ 14:20, 25 May 2007 (CDT)
LMFAO! Thanks, Air! Flippin;-)
Just like Sir Cliff Richard... Trashbat 14:24, 25 May 2007 (CDT)
My father loves to recall an old Marty Feldman routine where he goes on at length about this fellow he knew, and all the men he was friends with..a lot of sailors and so forth, coming to visit him every night..always coming back to the phrase, "Funny he never married." --Kels 14:25, 25 May 2007 (CDT)
See the original article and this edit. For what it's worth, I'd be fine with that, but I took it out because the consensus seemed to be against commenting on things like that, no matter how funny they are. --jtltalk 18:27, 25 May 2007 (CDT)
I am officially speaking against that so-called consensus. Calling him gay is not an attack, it's a simple description. Assuming it's an insult is tacitly agreeing that being gay is a bad thing. --Kels 20:23, 25 May 2007 (CDT)
To us, yes, it is a simple truth. To the family, it is a deep dark secret, and that is a very important factor in describing these arch right wing political types. Our Vice President is another miserable hypocrite on this issue, which is why I created the second category (well, redlinked it) you'll see on her article. humanbe in 21:03, 25 May 2007 (CDT)
I noticed that already, well played. But honestly, given what we say about Roger and Andy in their articles (or rather what you guys say, I haven't contributed there (yet)), why are we shying away from calling a gay guy, well, a gay guy? --Kels 21:05, 25 May 2007 (CDT)
One maybe-essential difference is, as far as I know at least, John hasn't participated in Conservapedia or any other online forum. --jtltalk 21:39, 25 May 2007 (CDT)
I was under the understanding he was out? Is that wrong? If he is, it's just a simple declaration, nothing to get worked up over, same as saying he was white or liked the colour blue or something. --Kels 21:46, 25 May 2007 (CDT)

He is out. The fact that ASchlafly suppresses all mention of John's sexuality, whilst giving tacit approval to CP's rabid anti-gay rhetoric, makes it noteworthy, I'm afraid. If he'd come right out and say, "Yes, I believe my brother's going to Hell," then I'd happily support never mentioning John again. --Robledo 21:54, 25 May 2007 (CDT)

The resemblance is remarkable, don't you think? --Kels 22:49, 19 December 2007 (EST)

Yes: one is a blood drinking ghoul from the depths of hell and the other is a vampire. CЯacke® 22:53, 19 December 2007 (EST)

[edit] Wizard of Oz reference

While this claim is not backed up by the closed captions on Wizard of Oz.... In the commentary on a Simpsons episode, when we see the marching guards outside Burns' mansion, they mention that their chant is actually "All we own, we owe." Take it for what it's worth.--Lardashe

[edit] Skeleton

Phyllis Schlafly, in a rare recent photograph and wearing a fake Chanel.

Someone whose good at drawing can perhaps turn this picture into a skeletion. The horizonal lines of the checks can become ribs. The face of octogenarian Phylllis can become a half dead face coming from a skull.Barbara Shack 14:48, 2 April 2008 (EDT)

Suggest it to user:Kels... she can draw quite well. humanUser talk:Human 14:55, 2 April 2008 (EDT)
Would that make her Schlafetor? Who would be Man-E-Faces? --Edgerunner76Your views are intriguing to me and I wish to subscribe to your newsletter 08:18, 3 April 2008 (EDT)

So what exactly are we talking here? Just a skeleton with plastic hair? Or Phyllis with her flesh melting away or something? Not sure if people actually have ribs in their faces, though... --Kels@work

Not "cheeks" but "checks", like the ones in her coat. Rational Edfaith 13:39, 3 April 2008 (EDT)

[edit] Nice

seemed so appropriate

Phyllis is against the signing of the UN rights of the child apparently: "many dangerous treaties, including the International Criminal Court, the Kyoto Protocol, CEDAW, and the Convention on the Rights of the Child." [1]. what a lovely woman! SusanG  ContribsTalk 23:36, 24 July 2008 (EDT)

[edit] Anal style.

I have a question about the {{fact}} template. Is the dispute over whether there are details out there to be found, or is it because there may be some editors of RationalWiki who want to know them? --Edgerunner76Your views are intriguing to me and I wish to subscribe to your newsletter 12:20, 20 November 2008 (EST)

He has said so himself a number of times. Hell, moonie, mormon or filthy papist, it's all the same to him as long as you hate them godless liberals. --JeevesMkII 04:28, 16 December 2008 (EST)

She does live in St. Louis, MO, right? Do you think that could be her on Facebook? Silly Mr. Cat 03:43, 29 June 2009 (UTC) File:Fb-block-list.PNG

It's someone making updates for her, like on certain events. Silly Mr. Cat 18:47, 1 July 2009 (UTC)

I was typing "Misogyny" (meaning hatred and fear towards females) and it redirects into this page about phyllis schlafly. I kinda find it humorous, but that word deserves it's own article.--Dark Paladin X (talk) 20:02, 18 August 2009 (UTC)
