I'd really like to know what people think of this case. I want a conviction, but I think it's protected speech... but a very close call. Opinions from fellow lib'ruls and conservatives alike would be appreciated.-αmεσ (advocate) 00:36, 21 September 2007 (EDT)

Hi Ames. To be honest, some of the legal language you use is a bit confusing for me. Such as: "The Question - Was this an unconstitutional threat?" and "protected speech". I'm not sure what "unconstitutional threats" and "protected speech" are - although I could hazard a guess. Anyway, having demonstrated my complete ignorance of the terms of art I'll give you my opinion. I think the (moral) question here is: what was the intention of the people who created the website and provided the information? Did they do this in a spirit of altruism knowing that "knowledge must be free" and honestly believing that no harm would come of it; or was it their intention that fanatics carried out criminal acts against the people whose identities they had supplied? The answerer, it seems to me, is obvious. But I'll bet that wasn't the question you were asking.--Bob^{'s your uncle} 09:20, 21 September 2007 (EDT)
