Uhh... Wikipedia does currently state that glutamate, as opposed to glutamic acid, is the amino acid used in biology. Granted, the change is recent but still, you're pretty behind. And the talk page says that the two terms are used interchangably. What's your point? ThunderkatzHo! 13:50, 15 August 2007 (CDT)

Uhh... glutamate is the deprotonated form of glutamic acid. Formally, I suppose they are "different," but not really... ŠтΈṜȳŁЁand...? 14:49, 15 August 2007 (CDT)
Well that's a really really useful article then. ACD anyone?--Bob_M (talk) 14:56, 15 August 2007 (CDT)

This stub seems to serve no purpose, and does not seem to offer any hope of useful expansion. My vote is for deletion, unless the author comes by and helps out with this.--PalMD-Ars longa, vita brevis 15:02, 15 August 2007 (CDT)
How about a redirect to [Chinese restaurant syndrome]? That could make for a good article -- I know there's a lot of question as to exactly what causes it, so an examination of the subject would fit right in here. (I, unfortunately, don't know a whole lot about it myself...) EVDebs 15:14, 15 August 2007 (CDT)

I vote delete. --Kels 15:17, 15 August 2007 (CDT)
