The Human Genome Project is a project with the goal of mapping out and understanding the entirety of the human genetic code. While there are/were many separate projects to sequence the genome, the HGP can be considered as the "official" genome project because of the nature of international co-operation and the large amount of funding from government sources.
Although analysis of the genetic data is ongoing, the genome was said to be complete in 2003.
The Human Genome Project is Satanic because it is also, by a factor of 98 percent, the chimpanzee genome project.
