The SCIENTIFICALLY PROVABLE theory that the Earth is flat, and on the back of a giant turtle.

The giant turtle is on the back of a bigger turtle, which in turn is on the back of an even bigger turtle, and it's turtles all the way down from there.

Of course the notorious heretic Terry Pratchett points out that we're talking about a turtle, not a tortoise, therefore it needn't actually be standing on anything, it could simply be swimming through the void.
