- As long as we only use it for parody/satire etc., it's fair use. I wouldn't suggest this, but if we were liars, we could simply claim to have taken it ourselves - he is outside, after all, where anyone could have seen him and snapped this awful slightly out of focus picture. But we are being honest about its source and our motives. human
