Really needs a better title[edit]

This article should to be renamed to something along the lines of "Racial discrimination in the United States" or something — Unsigned, by: 216.56.22.183 / talk / contribs

Much of this page isn't really about law enforcement to begin with. It's 80% history of racist history and laws themselves and only the last paragraph of the article (not even a paragraph, a sentence) talks about law enforcement "war" on African Americans. Calling it a "war" also sounds incredibly tacky, like being ironic that we mock the terminology War on Drugs or War on Christmas. БaбyЛuigiOнФire🚓(T|C) 03:26, 29 July 2019 (UTC)
