Atlantic Ocean

The Atlantic Ocean is a large body of saltwater that was created through plate tectonics. It runs laterally the length of the Earth. It separates North America from Europe in the northern hemisphere and South America from Africa in the southern hemisphere. It is also analogous of the degree of separation that some people have with reality; it widens every day.
