"Secular Pro-life"[edit]

Please stop embedding that non-article into the Pro-Life article. Thanks.---Mona- (talk) 04:47, 30 September 2015 (UTC)

Sorry, I'm just trying to create an article based around Pro-Life organizations. That's the only way I know how.
The thing is, there is no "Secular Pro-life" RW article. Another editor felt it was a copy and paste from elsewhere and deleted it. Unless and until that article does exist it obviously should not be embedded in another RW article.---Mona- (talk) 22:48, 30 September 2015 (UTC)
Nothing actually stops us from linking to it before it's creation, and it's a way to try and get somebody to make it (Which was my strategy of linking or Orban). Whether we need an article on the secular pro-life, i don't know. --"Paravant" Talk & Contribs 22:57, 30 September 2015 (UTC)

Jack Kerouac.[edit]

If you seriously believe there is an on-mission article to write about him, I suggest you work it up in your sandbox and move it to prime time when it's ready. Peace. AgingHippie (talk) 18:33, 6 October 2015 (UTC)

Yes there is. Kerouac irrationally promoted spiritual woo in his books. While I find Kerouac to be an exceptional writer, a lot of people seem to overlook this. Not to mention that Kerouac is a cultural icon even today and an important writer in American literature.
Focus on the woo. "cultural icons" and American literary history are beyond our remit. Peace. AgingHippie (talk) 19:08, 6 October 2015 (UTC)

Stanking blanking[edit]

Hello! Please do not blank talk pages - archive old discussions or just leave them be. If the discussion contains doxing or otherwise break serious rules, contact a moderator so a tech can delete the info fully and completely. Don't go blanking, yourself. Thank you. Undo[edit]

If you're going to undo an established user's edits (me), it would be polite to at least give an explanation. Bongolian (talk) 07:58, 23 February 2016 (UTC)

I didn't change anything you edited. All I did was add a warning label to the website. Aurelius2015 (talk)23 February 2016 (EST)

This is what is says in the log of changes:

Well I apologize, it was an accident. I'm half asleep editing this page after all. You can change it back to how you did it before. Aurelius2015 (talk)23 February 2016 (EST)

OK, thanks! Bongolian (talk) 08:35, 23 February 2016 (UTC)

Uhh, I don't believe either Christopher Hitchens or ‎Ray Comfort are Jewish? Do you have any sources for that? --Ymir (talk) 03:40, 20 March 2016 (UTC)

Both Ray Comfort and Christopher Hitchens had mothers who were Jewish, and thus are Jewish themselves because Jewish descent is traditionally traced matrilineally. Comfort is Jewish from his mother's side according to his bio and Hitchens' mother was born Jewish, but kept that fact a secret. It was not until late 1987 that Hitchens learned of his Jewish ancestry. He said, "My initial reaction, apart from pleasure and interest, was the faint but definite feeling that I had somehow known all along."
