Some observations:

  1. The red line (/32 blocks) shows the blocks of single IPs
  2. Most favorite are /16, /24 and /22 blocks
  3. CP started to block ranges in July 2007. The first clumsy /16 blocks were commuted into /22 and /24 blocks in September 2007
  4. From December 2007 until November 2008, only few range blocks were issued - and quite a few expired.
