Hmmm, a source for this might be nice. Illustrating a copyvio with a copyvio is sort of funny though. I guess it woudl be fair use if the pic was lower rez (and move the text into a caption, out of the image?) human

- Picky? Considering its use, I think we ought to at least make sure we aren't, you know, stealing someone's copyrighted work. Doesn't that somehow seem "right"? I think what I'll do is cut the caption out and reduce the size/rez so we can at least claim some sort of fair use for it. human 21:48, 9 April 2008 (EDT)

I have reverted the image to the original caption and added a signature. I hereby assert that I am the author and own the copyright to this picture. I also hereby grant permission for the image to be used on this site and anywhere else under the GNU Free Documentation Licence. This image is constructed from an image captured from XVIVIO's "Inner Life of the Cell" animation, Premise Media's copy of same (Used in the Promo DVD's and previews, but not apparently in the released movie) and an image of Ben Stein from Premise Media's promotional materials. I believe this image falls firmly under the "Fair Use" doctrine as the original images are extensively altered, the purpose is a parody and critique and it is for educational, non-commercial use.
