Summary[edit]

Description

When TK came back in Nov 2008, he started his quest to shut the internet out: in a couple of months, he blocked nearly 22,000,000 IPs, more than two thirds of the blocked IPs at Conservapedia at this time. He gave his range blocks a finite expiration date (often only three or sixth months), so when he stopped his quest in Sep 2009, the number of range blocks plummeted... In March 2010, his blocking activities started anew, but they never reached the heights of 2009 again.
