I’m claiming Fair Use.
A few notes:

1. I doubt there are easily available any free images of Pat Robertson praying, and particularly of broadcasted images.
2. This image is unlikely to be of a high enough quality to compete with the original image (likely a TV signal).
3. This image is relevant to the article, particularly as the article is satire or somewhat satirical.

5. Those who have a problem with it can easily contact the RationalWiki Foundation via email, phone, mail, or the wiki itself.
6. It's unlikely that many will actually view this non-mainspace page. If it is, the image can be easily removed.
7. Many who view this image will be outside of the US, and in places like Canada, it might be legal under likely new legislation [here.
8. As neither RationalWiki Foundation nor Pat Robertson Ministries are for-profit entities; it'd be harder for the latter to claim loss of profit from the former.
9. It's unlikely that Pat Robertson Ministries would sue RationalWiki Foundation over the use of the image in this article on the grounds that it might highlight a truth about Christianity that the former party might others to know.
