Fair use rationale for use in the article Conservapedia Talk:What is going on at CP?

Even though the media Neon sign from original to TK.png is copyrighted and not released under a free license, I, Sid, feel it is covered by fair use for at least one of the following reasons:

  • No free alternative exists.
  • An attempt to show how the sign that was found early can easily be photoshopped into TK's version. Original and TK's version included to get a better comparison.
  • The placement in a RationalWiki article is being used for informational purposes only, and its use is not believed to detract from the original copyrighted media in any way.
  • A free alternative may not exist now, but in the event of a free alternative being located for the article "Conservapedia Talk:What is going on at CP?" in the future, this file should be deleted as soon as possible.
