Even though the media Blackwater.png is copyrighted and not released under a free license, I, [[User:User:Human|User:Human]], feel it is covered by fair use for at least one of the following reasons:

  • No free alternative exists.
  • The image is of significantly lower resolution than the original (copies made from it will be of inferior quality).
    • The image does not limit the copyright owners' rights.
  • Its inclusion in the article is important because it is the company logo.
