Fair use rationale for use in the article Autism Speaks

Even though the media Autism Speaks Rebrand.png is copyrighted and not released under a free license, I, Bongolian, feel it is covered by fair use for at least one of the following reasons:

  • No free alternative exists.
  • The image is of significantly lower resolution than the original (copies made from it will be of inferior quality).
  • Taken from https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:Autism_Speaks_Rebrand.png
  • The placement in a RationalWiki article is being used for informational purposes only, and its use is not believed to detract from the original copyrighted media in any way.
