I see it pretty clearly as on-mission: A religious zealot trying to use a children's character in order to demonize a particular community as defined by sexual "morality." TheoryOfPractice 12:06, 17 January 2009 (EST)

I thought it was pretty fun, especially concerning "crank" ideas. It is also an example of religious zealotry and evil seeing versus even the most innocent expressions of creativity and an insight into Jerry Falwell's character (who conservapedia calls: "one of the biggest influences on the conservative movement in the late 20th century")

Well I was going to add a picture, and later also edit Jerry Falwell's article with some kind of "Trivia" section (but no picture). Also intended to work somewhere there the note that the previous Polish Government also had a stab at poor Tinky Winky's sexual preferences ( http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/world/europe/6698753.stm ) but other than that, I don't see how exactly this could be fleshed out more.
