Regardless of what sort of discourses happen on CP about homosexuality, making sexually-charged comments about a person by name counts as sexual harassment. If you did it to him on the street, on the phone, via e-mail or otherwise, he would have every right to call you out for sexual harassment--or to punch you in the nose if he's had a couple of drinks.
