This template is used by templates like Template:Talkpage or Template:Archivelinks dpl to generate the "(new)" link for the next archive.

You can use it as a stand-alone version, though. It has only one parameter to define the archive path (for example, the archive path of "Talk_1, Talk_2, Talk_3" would be "Talk_" - the default is "Archive").
