Pseudoskepticism

Pseudoskepticism is a snarl word that purportedly means to describe the attitude of someone who cloaks denialism in the language of skepticism and critical thinking. In practice, it is often used in tandem with the concept of "open-mindedness" by those frustrated by the scientific establishment's rejection or ignoring of their pet beliefs.

It is, however, sometimes used in its apparent meaning, though it is probably unwise to do so as it is a rather loaded term.
