Jinx's Law is named after Conservapedia editor Jinxmchue. It is based on the pearls of wisdom from his Conservapedia user page[1] and blog.

The more insightful someone proclaim themselves to be, the more old and cliché they actually are.

A second law is also attributed to Jinx,

The more someone makes fun of others' poor English, the more likely they are to finish a sentence with a preposition.
