Insultive
From RationalWiki
Insultive is a neologism derived from the word "insulting", but also incorporating aspects of "insular" and "reflexive", as in, "Their insular environment has created a reflexive need to coin new words to explain simple concepts."
It may also be a mash-up of "insult" and "expletive".
