Gone but not left

Gone but not left either refers to users who put up "retired" templates on their pages but continue to edit, or return as socks or IPs to continue their obsessions with certain articles. (They may also be known as zombie editors or the living dead.)
As of December 2007 this activity can be seen in our Global warming conspiracy theory and in our New World Order articles. There is also light but persistent activity at Libertarianism.
Ironically, most of those who came here, and subsequently became "gone but not left" tend to occupy various niches on the right of the political spectra.
