Fun:Vespucciland

Vespucciland is the other name that the Americas might have gone by. Since Kristofer Kolumbus was a great adventurer, but not such a great map-reader, it took Amerigo Vespucci to point out that the lands Kristofer found were not, actually, India. Hence, the new continent(s) were named after the mapmaker who figured it out.
