It is impossible for any sort of deity to exist unless that deity exists only outside the present universe and has no effect on it. All modern religions contradict either themselves, science, or history, and thus can not be true. If, however, a hypothetical deity did exist, it could have no special or divine power unless it was not bound by scientific law. Since scientific law is reasonably proven to affect all things within the present universe, such a deity would have no divine powers, and so would not be a deity, but a natural object. Thus, it can be reasonably proven that no god can possibly exist in our universe unless it is no different from other objects within our universe, which would render it to be not a god at all. It is pointless and leads nowhere, since there can be no proof in either direction, to speculate on whether deities could possibly exist outside our present universe, but even these could not be omnipotent deities, since they can have no effect on our universe, due to the fact that they would have to defy scientific law to do so. Since the Big Bang occurred, no gods could have possibly interfered with our universe. Of course, though it is highly unlikely, a god in another universe could have created our universe and its scientific laws to serve its purposes and then merely watched its development; however, this is also pointless speculation and can not be either proven or disproven (at least not with present human knowledge; perhaps, in the future, scientists will easily be able to disprove this). Even if a god did exist outside our universe, it would be impossible to comprehend, since we have know way of knowing what conditions or scientific laws apply in other universes, if such universes even exist. Therefore, no deity exists in our universe, and speculation about deities in other universes is utterly useless and irrelevant.
