Dissociated press
From RationalWiki
Dissociated press is a system for creating garbled text based on another text. It's a joke on the name "Associated Press". By definition, this is not funny.
Some of our IP vandals seem to get some sort of weird kick out of it. Sadly, given that their objective is to cause disruption[citation needed], they get bitterly upset when disrupted themselves as can be seen below:
"Of course, real RWans sneer at such infantile jokes, preferring the more intahleckshul varieties of humor (such as linking Old Faithful to Fellatio - subtle, ain't it?). To get rid of such nuisances, simply make up an arbitrary claim of plagiarism [1] and *whoops* you've turned a simple joke into a violation of copyright policies. Clever, huh? And if that's not sufficient, go ahead and call it "disruption" [2]. Everyone will love you. Well, at least Conservapedia would be proud of you. Hint: Next step is to revert this edit and ban the author Call the FBI!!!!! Keep up the great work!"
